Restriction rules: The core content of Guangzhou traffic restriction is the management measure of "opening four stops four times", that is, non-Guangzhou small and medium-sized buses (including vehicles with temporary license plates) must not drive continuously for more than 4 days in the control area, and the interval between driving again must exceed 4 days.

(3) The section where driving is prohibited from 6: 00 to 24: 00 every day: Huangpu Avenue (Zhongshan No.1 Interchange to East Ring Expressway).

05, other matters needing attention

1. The regional scope of the urban area refers to the scope defined in item (2) of the restricted scope of all trucks.

2. Unless otherwise specified, all the above sections include the roads referred to.

3. Trucks refer to trucks, tractors and special operation vehicles, among which deadweight tonnage refers to trucks and special operation vehicles with approved mass tonnage, and tractors with total mass tonnage are allowed to be towed. For example, a truck with a load of more than 5 tons refers to a truck with an approved load of more than 5 tons (including 5 tons), a special operation vehicle with an approved load of more than 5 tons (including 5 tons), and a tractor with a total weight of more than 5 tons (including 5 tons).

4. In addition to the above provisions, trucks passing through the administrative area of Guangzhou must also abide by other provisions of Guangzhou that restrict the passage of trucks.

5. Police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles performing emergency tasks are not subject to the above measures.
