First, the egg white is added with wheat flour, and it is continuously stirred with chopsticks until a chopstick is inserted into it without falling down. Then, the pre-made bean paste balls wrapped in pig net oil are fried in boiling vegetable oil, and the balls become chubby and yellow in an instant. Wheat grease is also called wheat coke drum, cake drum, dumpling drum, five tigers to catch sheep, tin cake, wheat drum frying, wheat collapse pot, wheat spread wok and wheat coke. It is a local traditional snack in Ninghai, Wenzhou, Taizhou and Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, and belongs to the traditional festival food of Zhejiang cuisine.
