Salted crab
Ingredients: 2 freshly roasted crabs, 3-4 kg of water, 350 g of salt, 7-8 slices of ginger, a little fennel and a little white wine.
Practice: Boil ginger in water for five minutes, turn off the fire, let it cool slightly, pour in salt, stir until all the salt is dissolved, and when the water is still warm, add some fennel and pepper. After all the water is cooled, buy fresh roasted crabs, make sure they are alive, unscrew them with big feet, brush them off first, and put them into the treated salt water. Then, wash the whole surface of the crab, drain and soak. Pour a certain amount of white wine into the water, depending on your personal preference, and don't be afraid to pour more alcohol. Soak for 24 hours and you can eat it. When eating, take it out and drain it, then open it and eat it. Pour out the used water and do it next time. Then make salt water.
