In 37 years of the Republic of China (1948), the coalition government of Jianxi County in Harqin Right Banner moved from Wangye House to Gongye House, and in 1966 Gongye House was renamed Jinshan Town.

At present, Lingyue Temple and Longquan Temple still exist, and they have been listed as key cultural relics protection units in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and they have been repaired by state and local funds. The mosque in Gongyefu Street was also rebuilt after 1985. The development of Gongyefu business began in Yongzheng and Qianlong years (1735-1795). Due to the reclamation of Mongolian land and the influx of Han people, the number of shops increased day by day. First, Shanxi people opened the "Liyuandang", which was changed to "Tongxingdang" in the seventh year of Guangxu (1881) and became the largest firm in Gongyefu Street. Since then, there have been more than a dozen large firms in Gongyefu Street, such as "Thai Cuiyu" Shaoguo, "Jinquanhou", "Lixing", "Lihuichuan" and "Zhichengxin". In the thirty-second year of Guangxu (196), a fair was set up in Gongyefu Street, with two rows and seven rows every day. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Gongyefu has become a small town outside the Great Wall with active folk trade. Later, due to the warlord melee, social unrest, especially the invasion of the Japanese army, the business of Gongyefu gradually declined. After the founding of New China, under the leadership of China * * * Production Party, the people took charge, and the business activities of Gongyefu became increasingly active. Especially after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of China * * * Production Party, under the guidance of the reform and opening-up line, the town's economy was prosperous, with sufficient supply and stable prices. Now, state-owned, collective and private commercial outlets are all over the town.
