Homemade recipe for fish head on a plate
Ingredients
2 fish heads on a plate
An appropriate amount of green onion
An appropriate amount of ginger
An appropriate amount of garlic
An appropriate amount of vegetable oil
An appropriate amount of salt
An appropriate amount of garlic chili sauce
An appropriate amount of chicken soup
An appropriate amount of white sugar
An appropriate amount of chicken powder
An appropriate amount of pepper oil
Method/steps
1. Wash the fish head on the plate Clean it, cut the knife from the back of the head, split the head of the fish, and connect the chin.
2. Put the cleaned fish head into the oil pan. When dipping and frying, remember that the oil temperature should not be too high.
3. Fry until the outer skin turns slightly yellow and take it out. This step is very important as it can effectively remove the fishy smell of fish heads.
4. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add an appropriate amount of garlic chili sauce and stir-fry evenly.
5. Add an appropriate amount of chicken soup, add the fish head, add a little sugar and chicken powder, bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer over low heat.
6. When the soup is almost dry, heat the iron plate on another burner, cover it with tin foil, and add sauteed onions and garlic.
7. Pour the fish head with a little pepper oil on it and put it in tin foil on the iron plate.
