Ingredients: washed and scaled red-bellied piranha (other species are acceptable, but this is the most common one).
Tomatoes: Four.
Chopped green onion: one.
Fresh parsley: one.
Half a glass of water.
Butter: 2 tablespoons.
Salt and pepper.
Steps:
1. Peel tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put half the tomatoes and onions in a wok, then put the washed and scaled piranha on it, then cover the remaining tomatoes, onions and parsley, and add a proper amount of salt and pepper.
2. Add half a glass of water and cook for 20 minutes or until the fish can be easily pierced by a fork.
3. Carefully transfer the fish to the plate, cook for another 5 minutes, then cover it on the fish and take it out.
