Ingredients: 5 Hericium erinaceus, 5 shiitake mushrooms, 500g ribs, pepper, ginger slices, yellow wine and red dates.

Soak Hericium erinaceus in clear water until it becomes soft, then take it out (for more than 8 hours, it can be soaked after meals), squeeze out water, and remove roots and sediments; Put down the water for 40 minutes, take it out, squeeze out all the water, and tear it into small flowers for later use.
3. Add water to the pot, add ribs, Hericium erinaceus, mushrooms, yellow wine, ginger slices, red dates and pepper, and cook for 30 minutes.
4. After the fire boils, turn to medium fire for half an hour, then turn to low fire for about 2 hours until the ribs are soft.
Two: Hericium erinaceus yangwei decoction
Ingredients: Hericium erinaceus, red dates, Lycium barbarum, lean meat, ginger and coix seed.
Exercise:
1, a Hericium erinaceus, red dates, Coicis Semen and Lycium barbarum, get ready, boil the rice washing water to about 40 to 60 degrees, put the Hericium erinaceus in, press it with a bowl until it doesn't pass you, do something else and soak for two hours.

1 Hericium erinaceus. Soak in warm water for at least two hours to ensure that the foam is completely soaked, squeeze out the yellow water, cut off the stem and cut it into small pieces.
2. Soak the rice for more than half an hour. Add water, rice and a few drops of corn oil to the pot. I'm worried that adding rice after the paste pot is boiled will cause a fire. After boiling, add Hericium erinaceus and Jiang Mo.

Ingredients: Hericium erinaceus, spicy peanuts, dried peppers, shredded green peppers.
Exercise:
1. Grab the processed Hericium erinaceus with dry starch, fry it in an oil pan until golden brown, take it out, leave a little base oil in the pan, and add shredded green peppers and dried peppers to stir fry. Don't burn too much, so as not to dry the peppers.
2. Add the fried Hericium erinaceus and spicy peanuts and stir fry. Finally, add soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
There is a saying: the method of removing bitterness from dried Hericium erinaceus: soak Hericium erinaceus in cold water for 24 hours, change the water 2-3 times in the middle, squeeze out the water every time and then put it in clear water. After 24 hours, cut off the old roots, tear them into small pieces, wash and squeeze them dry, put them in a boiling water pot for a few minutes, take them out and squeeze them dry (cool them before squeezing them, or they will burn your hands). If it is summer, the 24-hour soaking process is best carried out in the refrigerator to avoid deterioration.
Five: Hericium erinaceus
Ingredients: 4-5 Hericium erinaceus, half a slice of ginger, a little cinnamon and star anise, a little pepper, a little fragrant leaves, a little black pepper, salt and white sesame seeds.
Exercise:
1. Soak Hericium erinaceus, break it into small pieces, wash it several times repeatedly, and squeeze out water;
2. Preheat the pot, add oil, cut ginger into large pieces, add cinnamon and star anise, and stir-fry at low temperature. When there is a fragrance in the air, add dried tangerine peel, pepper and fragrant leaves. When the fragrance comes out, add the sweet noodle sauce and stir fry. Stir-fry and add cold water, then add some soy sauce to color;
3. Boil the water, then add Hericium erinaceus, black pepper and salt. Turn to low heat and stew for about half an hour until the juice is basically collected. After stewing, take out Hericium erinaceus and put it on a plate, remove the spices, add some water starch to thicken the juice, and add some white sesame seeds on it.
Six: Stir-fried Hericium erinaceus with vegetables.
Ingredients: dried Hericium erinaceus, cooking wine, soy sauce, egg white, sugar, chicken essence.
Exercise:
1. Wash the dried Hericium erinaceus, soak it in hot water until it becomes soft, and squeeze out the water for later use.
2. Add soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, cooking wine and egg white to the squeezed Hericium erinaceus, mix well and leave it for a while to taste.
3. Heat the pan, add the cooking oil, add the pickled Hericium erinaceus and stir-fry slowly. After frying until golden on both sides, add a little water, cover the pot and stew for a while. After cooking, you can eat it.
Seven: Three cups of Hericium erinaceus.
Ingredients: Hericium erinaceus, vegetarian chicken paste, dried Chili, cooked white sesame, ginger slices, starch, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Tear Hericium erinaceus into small pieces by hand, blanch Hericium erinaceus in a boiling water pot, pour out and wring out the water, preheat the oven for about 10 minute, and then bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
2. After the Hericium erinaceus is cooled, add a little mushroom essence, then add dry starch, and finally add vegetarian chicken paste, mix well and marinate for about 2 hours to make it fully tasty. After 2 hours, knead the Hericium erinaceus pieces by hand, take out the pot, pour the oil into the pot, when the oil temperature rises to 50%, pour the kneaded Hericium erinaceus pieces and fry them, take them out after about 25 seconds, and drain the oil.
3. Take another pot, pour in oil, add ginger slices and stir fry, then add dried Chili and Hericium erinaceus stir fry, and add water, soy sauce, mushroom essence and sugar to taste. Turn the fire to medium heat, cover it with a little thin oil, and finally pour in sesame oil (sesame oil) and mix well, then take it out of the pot and plate it. Sprinkle a little cooked white sesame seeds.
Eight: pineapple Gollum Hericium erinaceus
Ingredients: fresh Hericium erinaceus, fresh pineapple, green pepper, raw flour, flour, baking powder.
Exercise:
1. Tear Hericium erinaceus into small pieces by hand, blanch Hericium erinaceus in a boiling water pot, pour out and wring out the water, add 50 grams of flour, add a little baking powder and 20 grams of raw flour to make crisp pulp powder, peel the pineapple and cut it into fan-shaped pieces for later use, and cut the green pepper into triangular pieces for later use.
2. Add a little salt to the dehydrated Hericium erinaceus, then mix the Hericium erinaceus crisp pulp powder evenly, pour the oil into the pot, when the oil temperature rises to about 50%, immerse Hericium erinaceus and the fragments of the crisp pulp powder in the pot and fry in the pot for a while. When the oil temperature rises to about 60%, fry the Hericium erinaceus pieces, and then put the green pepper triangle pieces into the pot.
3. Add a little tomato sauce, hawthorn slices, orange juice, sugar, white vinegar, salt and a little water from the pot and adjust it into sweet and sour juice.
