The park is located at the junction of Xiling District and Wujia District in Yichang City.

According to the official website of the Yichang Municipal People's Government, Yicheng Canal Park is located at the junction of Xiling District and Wujia District in Yichang City. It is named after the canal winding through the park, with a total area of ??11.36 hectares.

The park currently has two areas, A and B, with a built-up area of ??95,000 square meters. It was completed in 2011.

Canal Park is composed of five wonderful themed functional areas, namely: entrance square area, mountain leisure and recreation area, canal landscape area, wetland ecological viewing area, and tourist comprehensive service cultural display area.
