Xinjiang kebabs are the favorite food in Xinjiang. There is a super-large night market near the Normal University in my city. Every night, people are bustling with lights, and you can smell the aroma of all kinds of food within 5 meters. There are more than 1 food stalls in the night market, selling kebabs, roasted gluten, fried stinky tofu, and some foreign foods, such as Thai mango rice.
There are no fewer than ten stalls selling mutton kebabs in the night market of Normal University, and some of them are really delicious. The newly baked Xinjiang mutton kebabs are really delicious. The mutton tastes fresh and the seasoning is very rich. If you look at the mutton carefully, you will feel that it is a little transparent. When you eat it, it is really fragrant and memorable. Every time I go to the night market of Normal University, I will queue up for a long time to buy a few big strings, and I can't start a real food trip until I finish eating beautifully.
There is a family in Xinjiang who makes very authentic mutton kebabs, with a lot of meat. The bamboo sticks are very long, and the business is very hot at ten yuan for three skewers. Their materials are also very affordable, and the taste is very delicious. After the mutton kebabs are sprinkled with cumin, they are chewed in the mouth.
When I was a child, I became very excited when I watched TV. At that time, I could buy a handful of mutton skewers for 5 yuan, and I ate them carefully every time. I felt that I didn't get enough every time. When I grew up, I never had a chance to go to Xinjiang. It should be more enjoyable to eat mutton skewers there. I hope I can travel to Xinjiang in the future if I have the opportunity.
