The kindergarten environment is permeated with the requirements in the Outline that "kindergartens should provide healthy and rich living and activity environments for young children, meet their various development needs, and enable them to gain experiences beneficial to physical and mental development in their happy childhood". Their beautiful and pleasant environment, modern hardware facilities, rich operating materials, distinctive game rooms and children's environmental layout, etc., everywhere show the purpose of early childhood education with the development of children's overall quality and ability as the basic activity.
Second, make full use of the space
The corridors in the teaching building and the environment of each class have their own advantages. There are almost no works arranged by the teachers on the walls, and all the works displayed in front of us are children's works, which really make the children the masters of the environment. Children are fully considered in all the furnishings of each activity room, and the environment set for children is very comprehensive. There are students on duty to exercise their self-care ability, and there are animal and plant corners to cultivate their love. The placement of all areas and articles is convenient for children to take and put, and is conducive to the development of children's autonomy.
Third, the waste utilization rate is high
In the process of observation and investigation, they have different characteristics in each year, and the environmental layout is unique. The hanging ornaments in the corridor are beautiful, and some show the growth process of a plant or animal in the form of pictures, which is more vivid. In every class, there will be a plant corner. Their waste utilization rate is very high, and they will make all kinds of homemade toys with waste, and play with one thing more. In class, teachers call children "baby", which sounds gentle and kind, making children feel that teachers love them as much as their mothers.
Fourth, interesting labor
What impressed me most was the development of role games and structural games in the afternoon classes and role games in the middle classes. They used local resources to develop Tianfu Tea House, Tianfu Tea Museum and Food City to let children play the role of making tea in the Qing Dynasty. The wonderful tea-making skills of children attracted the attention of all visitors, as well as Tianfu Tea Processing Factory, where children packed tea beautifully. After visiting and studying, I reflected on the work of our park, and found that there was a big gap, and we couldn't compare the hardware. The design of one-day activities didn't meet the requirements of the Outline, the professional guidance for teachers was not enough, and there were too few opportunities for teachers to go out to study. Although our park had regional characteristics in environmental creation, its performance was not obvious enough and it was not applied to one-day activities. Handicraft classes only show the results, but not the process of activities, and the operable materials provided to children are not rich; Children's works are not complete enough. First, I have a new understanding of the design of teaching activities through the evaluation of classes by experts and teachers
In this training, teachers will put forward thinking points after each class, and many teachers will put forward their own opinions according to the thinking points. Teachers can be said that different people have different opinions. However, through discussion, I have a deeper understanding of the problem. In the future teaching activities, I think we must strive to achieve the following points:
1. The choice of the name of teaching activities must grasp the center and conform to the teaching objectives and contents, and then pursue attraction and uniqueness.
2. The design of teaching activities should avoid various forms and focus on all aspects. It is not necessarily a bit "bite the fat man" to teach all the relevant knowledge to children through one activity, not to mention the limited acceptance of children. For a while, let children experience, learn children's songs, watch pictures for a while, and post icons to record their busyness for a while, but the focus of teaching activities is not highlighted. But in the early stage, we should fully understand the development characteristics of children in this field as much as possible, and the professional terms should be easy to understand.
3. In teaching activities, if there are repetitive activities, such as telling two stories and doing two experiments, the second goal should be more hierarchical and progressive, so as to avoid repetitive activities.
4. How to communicate and evaluate with children is the focus of our future teaching activities. In teaching activities, many children's reactions and responses are unexpected. Giving children affirmation or response in time has an important impact on their development.
5. Choose the background music carefully. In many teaching activities, there has been a phenomenon that children play background music when they are creating or experimenting. Experts suggest that the choice of background music should be cautious, and light music should be given priority. As for whether the background music has an impact on children's creation, it is still a problem that we need to explore in the future.
Second, through this learning activity, I found that I have many shortcomings.
I always thought that what I lacked was practice. For theory, after years of study, it is no longer a problem.
