A piece of tofu, a baby dish, a little black fungus, a sausage, a little minced garlic and chopped green onion, and a bag of boiled juice.
Cut tofu into small pieces and fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
Stir-fry minced garlic in oil, add Chinese cabbage, black fungus and sausage until soft, pour in tofu, add boiled juice and water for half a bowl.
Cover, boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Thicken with water starch, cook until the soup is thick, turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
