Tong Dexing was founded in 1997. It is a brand founded by Xiao Weimin, who is known as "Gu Su Mian Chi". Xiao Weimin said that the name "Tong Dexing" is based on the tradition of "Xing" in Suzhou's time-honored noodle restaurant, and it is also hoped that all pastry people can "work together" to make a bowl of noodles in Suzhou. In order to make this bowl of noodles well, Xiao Weimin devoted all his research, combined with the characteristics of Austrian cooked noodles and Subang noodles, planned a "noodle with the same function" that looked like Austria, Austria and Su Fei, and inherited the almost extinct traditional noodle skills of old Suzhou to make Fengzhen white noodle soup.
Zhu hongxing
This golden signboard has a history of 80 years. Zhu Chunhong, the earliest boss, opened a noodle restaurant less than 30 square meters in March 1938, named Zhu Hongxing. There is a passage in Lu's novel The Gourmet, which can indirectly explain Zhu Hongxing's position in Suzhou people's minds: as soon as he opened his eyes, an idea popped up in his mind: "Let's go to Zhu Hongxing to eat noodle soup!"
Lu Changxing
Among all kinds of century-old brands in Suzhou, it should be regarded as a genuine junior. 1992, inspired by foreign fast food, Lu and his son applied for registration of the trademark "Lu Changxing", and Lu Changxing became the first trademark of Suzhou catering industry. The fried fish in the fried fish noodles is just right, neither old nor tender, and delicious; Braised pork is fat but not greasy, and it melts in the mouth; Snow dishes are crisp and refreshing, refreshing from the inside out. Wei Fuxing
Wei Fuxing, under the banner of "a century-old shop", can indeed be traced back to the late Qing Dynasty, but it has been broken for decades and belongs to a newly opened old shop. Yuxingji
Yu Xing Ji, founded in the early Qing Dynasty, has a long history and is a universally recognized benchmark. However, in the early days of liberation, people were once buried after the public-private partnership. After the third generation regained its reputation at the beginning of this century, it inherited the traditional cooking methods, restored the classic foods that had been lost for more than 30 years, such as double-sided yellow noodles, three shrimp noodles and bald butter noodles, and carried forward the essence of Suzhou luxury noodles on the basis of inheriting the food, which is the cradle of Suzhou noodles. Guan zhenxing
