step
1. Prepare steak
Take the steak out of the refrigerator and cool it to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Doing so can make the steak cooked more evenly.
Pickled steak
Sprinkle black pepper and salt evenly on the steak, and gently press it with your hands to make the seasoning penetrate into the steak better. Then put the cattle in a fresh-keeping bag, add olive oil, seal it and shake it gently, so that the steak is evenly stained with olive oil and seasoning. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Grilled steak
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread tin foil on the baking tray and put the cows on it. Put a few slices of butter on the steak, then add chopped garlic and rosemary. Bake the baking tray in the oven for about 10 minutes, and then turn the steak over for about 10 minutes until the surface of the steak is golden yellow.
season
Take out the roast steak and put it on a plate. Pour the juice from the baking tray into the pot and cook it on low heat until the juice is thick. Then pour the juice on the steak.
