I don't know where you started to go to Tibet. I found a plan for another friend last time. Please see if it will help your trip.
Day 1:
Arrive at Nanjing Railway Station at 12: and take K376/377 train. The details of the train are as follows:
departure time and arrival time of train number
express K376/377 Jinan 13: 37 Xining 18: 38 the next day
Fares: hard berth 416, soft berth 568
The next day:
When you arrive in Xining at 18: 38, you should buy a train ticket to Golmud first and find a place to stay.
Suggestion: stay in the Postal Apartment Hotel, 2m east of the station, ordinary double room, 36 yuan/room, 18 yuan/person
Dinner: Jincheng Beef Noodle Restaurant in the west of Xining Railway Station, 3.5 yuan/each bowl of beef noodles, .5 yuan/each tea egg
What you must do after you settle down: call home to report your safety;
take a bath and rest;
In the evening, you can go out to visit Xining City, buy Rhodiola platensis in pharmacies and buy maps.
The third day:
In the morning, we will go to Huzhu Tu Autonomous County, 4km north of Xining. There is a bus at Xining coach station, which runs every 15 minutes. The fare is 4.8 yuan, and the journey lasts for 1 hour and 3 minutes. We can enjoy folk songs and dances, and we can also enjoy lunch with local flavor, with a total of ***5 yuan per person. After that, return to Xining. In the afternoon, you can take bus No.33 and get off at Dongguan to visit Dongguan Grand Mosque. Tickets are 1 yuan/person and 5 yuan. (Note: Tens of thousands of worshippers can be observed in Dongguan Mosque every Friday morning, and then go to Huzhu after the worship).
Day 4:
Sign up for a one-day tour of Qinghai Lake at the hotel where you are staying. The tour fee is 1 yuan/person, including 2 yuan/person for Qinghai Lake ticket.
Day 5:
Go to Ta 'er Temple. Take the No.33 bus from the railway station, get off at the management station, and transfer to a minibus. Everyone is in 4 yuan.
Visit Ta 'er Temple. Tickets for 3 yuan/each ticket have been increased. 5 yuan for Dajinwa Temple/each ticket is extra.
express N93 (detailed) Xining 21:52 Golmud 11:51
Go to the railway station at 21: 15 pm and wait for Golmud.
Special note:
1. The Jincheng Beef Noodle Restaurant next to Xining Railway Station belongs to the category of good quality and low price, and it is especially precious next to the railway station.
2. It is better to buy a train ticket to Golmud in Xining.
3. Xining yogurt really lives up to its reputation and is very delicious.
4. Ta 'er Temple is a group of buildings. Tickets are not sold when entering the temple area, and each temple collects tickets separately. If you are only interested in its architecture and religious atmosphere, you don't have to buy tickets.
5. To go to Ta 'er Temple, it is recommended to take a taxi from the management station. When there are four people, leave and charter a car to 2 yuan. It's much faster, and each person is only more expensive than the minibus in 1 yuan.
6. I'm not used to putting salt in the tea provided by various hotels in Xining. There is no salt in tea, so you need to inform in advance.
7. the postal hotel is really worth recommending, which is economical and has good service. There are also disadvantages: the shower water is too small; Near the railway station, the noise is loud.
8. Xining is rich in materials, so it is recommended to replenish here before entering Golmud.
9. Taxis can't run before 19: on Dongxi Street in Xining, so you should pay attention to taking a taxi.
1. If you have a student ID card, don't forget to ask the students if there is a discount before buying any tickets.
The section from Jinan to Xining costs subtotal:
The hard seat train ticket from Jinan to Xining is about 11;
The hard seat train ticket from Xining to Golmud is about 6;
Hotel accommodation fee 18*3 days =54 yuan;
Qinghai Lake 1 yuan;
3 yuan of Ta 'er Temple;
5 yuan, Tu Autonomous County;
5 yuan, Dongguan Grand Mosque;
The transportation, meals and medicines in Xining are controlled in 5 yuan.
total: 459 yuan.
Day 6:
Arrive in Golmud at 11: 51
Make preparations before entering Tibet in the afternoon.
Special note:
(1) It is recommended to stay in a two-star Golmud Hotel (double room is about 14 yuan), because Golmud is the actual starting point of the Qinghai-Tibet Highway (from the perspective of tourism), and the accommodation conditions in the future are poor. In order to cope with various situations during the high-altitude journey from Geshi to Lhasa, mainland tourists should "recharge" here. Of course, you can also choose the Golmud Guest House in 2 yuan with one bed and no separate bathroom.
(2) The guests in Golmud Hotel are almost all travelers who are ready to enter Tibet, most of them are foreigners, followed by people from Hong Kong, Macao and Guangdong. You can exchange plans with them and even go with them. In addition, buy more fruits and dry food in Geshi. If it is safe, each person will buy only one oxygen bottle (about 3 yuan each) for emergency use.
(3) There are two ways to travel from Golmud to Lhasa, Tibet: one is to take a long-distance passenger bus (sleeper fare is 275 yuan), and you can reach Lhasa in about 3 hours at the earliest, but you can't stop at any time to enjoy the scenery along the way; Second, several people can charter a car, usually an imported off-road vehicle or a modified van, so that they can not only finish the journey calmly, but also visit Namco, the highest lake in the world, watch Amdo Tibetan opera performances, Naqu Jockey Club, etc., and the fare for each person is only 55-65 yuan. As for accommodation (drivers' meals must be guaranteed), it is rich and frugal!
(4) "Wanzhang Salt Bridge" is 6 kilometers away from Geshi, so it is worth visiting. If you enter Tibet by chartered bus, you can go here by the way (the cost has been included in the whole fare), or you can visit the prairie 2 kilometers away from the city.
Subtotal of expenses: 2 yuan for room, 3 yuan for oxygen bottle, 5 yuan for food and water (buy more fruit biscuits, and never eat in the hotel along the way), and 6 yuan for car charter
Total: 7 yuan
Day 7:
Set out by chartered car and go south along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway. Along the way, it passes through the desolate and tragic Gobi Desert in the northwest, the Kunlun Bridge (34 meters above sea level), the legendary Nachitai unfrozen spring (3776 meters above sea level), the perennial "Kunlun Six In the snow" (above 6 meters above sea level), the roaring Kunlun Mountain Pass (4767 meters above sea level) and the vast and deep Erdaoliang (52 meters above sea level).
Special note:
(1) Generally, the area above 5m above sea level is a "forbidden area" for human beings, so it is advisable to "make a quick decision" on the section above this altitude, and it is not advisable to stay too long. During the journey, everyone will have altitude sickness to varying degrees, ranging from drowsiness (it is best not to fall asleep), chest tightness and shortness of breath (don't laugh and run loudly), to splitting headache (take some painkillers) or even intermittent coma (take some oxygen). But as long as you don't have a cold, heart disease, asthma, etc., there is no danger. Don't use oxygen until you can't stand it, so as to avoid dependence.
(2) Qinghai-Tibet Highway is the coldest of the four highways entering Tibet, so it is necessary to prepare down jackets; The daily temperature difference can reach ten or twenty degrees Celsius, so be sure to avoid catching a cold (it can easily cause pulmonary edema and even life-threatening at high altitude).
(3) You can stay at the source station of the Yangtze River that night, and the price is 25 yuan/person, with oxygen tanks. If you feel unwell, you can ask the station hygienist to prescribe some medicine. This night is particularly difficult, so you can chat with the soldiers in the station (they are stationed on this "lifeline" all the year round, and they are not afraid of hardships, which is really respectable and lovely! ! ), distracting. If you can hold on, the future trip will be much easier.
(4) There are several Sichuan restaurants near the military station, which are not expensive in terms of price, but the environment is not flattering.
Expense: Accommodation 25 yuan +5 yuan =3 yuan
Day 8:
Crossing Tanggula Pass (53m above sea level), entering Amdo Plateau Ranch in Tibet (5m above sea level), and arriving at Naqu (48m above sea level) in the evening.
Special note:
(1) Amdo- Careful you will be surprised to find that the sheep pastoral area on the west side and the yak pastoral area on the east side do not invade each other. In fact, it is only because the west side is dry and the east side is wet.
(2) From time to time along the way, you will see herdsmen looking for business with some local products, such as Cordyceps sinensis, saffron, Fritillaria, etc. The goods are really cheap, so you can get off the bus and talk with them with gestures, from which you can appreciate the simplicity of folk customs in pastoral areas.
(3) Jockey races are often held in Naqu and Amdo. You'd better know the situation before you arrive so as not to miss the opportunity (if you watch the Jockey Race on the next day, you will have to postpone your departure for one day, and the schedule on the 6th and 7th days can be combined to be more compact).
(4) There are two ways to stay in Naqu: Tibetan felt house and hotel. Although the former is simple, it can feel the enthusiasm and boldness of herders in northern Tibet; The latter can stay at Naqu Hotel, located at No.262 Seni East Road (one-star, the price is about 18 yuan).
Fees: stay in Tibetan homes and give some small gifts to each person, 1 yuan +5 yuan =15 yuan
Day 9:
From Naqu to Dangxiong, visit Namco Lake (the highest lake in the world-4,718 meters), one of the three sacred lakes in Tibet, to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sacred lake, and camp at the lakeside or stay at the lakeside guest house that night.
Special note:
(1) The 48km journey from Dangxiong to Namco needs to go over mountains and mountains (passing through Radola Mountain Pass at an altitude of 5m), and the road conditions are dangerous. If the performance of off-road vehicles is not good, accidents may occur.
(2) The lakeside scenery of Shenghu Lake is very charming, but there are three seasons in a day, so pay attention to your clothes.
(3) camping is the best accommodation by the lake, and tents, down, sleeping bags and cooking utensils can be rented when renting a car; Buy vegetables and canned food in Dangxiong, and everything will be ready. Of course, if there is a herdsmen's yurt nearby, you can also have a meal with them in Tibet-if you can eat it.
(4) It is said that a circle around the sacred lake can turn everything into luck and win everything, and you can take a turn when you have time. The sky is high and the lake is wide, and the water is blue. Against the snow peak of Nyainqentanglha Mountain at an altitude of 7147 meters, it looks quiet and magnificent, which makes people linger.
Cost: Lake Guest House 3 yuan
Day 1:
Depart from the mountain in the morning. Have lunch in Dangxiong, arrive at Yangbajing in the afternoon, watch the hot springs and take a rest before entering Lhasa. Accommodate at Yangbajing Military Station.
Special note:
(1) Yangbajing geothermal landscape is world-famous. The hot spring bath here can relieve fatigue, and swimming under the snow-capped mountains at an altitude of 42 meters (of course, you can only swim slowly), so it may be hard to find a second one in the world! (Tickets: 1 yuan, 2 yuan in swimming trunks and 4 yuan in swimsuit)
(2) Yangbajing Military Station has the best environment and the most neat facilities among the military stations along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway. Ordinary room, quadruple room, 1 yuan
Cost: hot spring 5 yuan, accommodation in 25 yuan
Total 75 yuan
11th day:

Balangxue, Jiri, Asia Hotel and Xueyu Hotel.
In the afternoon, stroll around Bajiao Street and go to Majia Rice Wine Bar.
stay in 3 yuan/day, 4 days =12 yuan. Eat and buy souvenirs, 3 yuan. Transportation, 3 yuan.
* * 45 yuan.
Day 12:
Tricycle (4 yuan) goes to Potala Palace to buy tickets (Potala Palace temporarily changes its policy and restricts the number of visitors every day, so tickets need to be purchased in advance). Tickets are 1 yuan/person.

Jinding (1 yuan/person), Cultural Relics Museum (1 yuan, compared with Tibet Museum, it is absolutely in the sky and underground), which needs to be paid separately. Not worth it. Special tips:
1. Although Yaowang Mountain is small, its scenes of mani pile and carving mani stone should not be missed.
2. As many a mickle makes a mickle, buying mineral water in Lhasa is also an expense. It is recommended to buy it in a whole case, which can get the wholesale price.
3. Most computers in Internet cafes in Lhasa use WIN98 operating system, and the CD-ROM drive is removed, and the network speed is slow, which makes it very inconvenient to upload photos from digital cameras.
