Xiwang Village is located in the western suburbs of Shijiazhuang, bordering Nanguo Village in the northwest, Zhang Ying Village in the west and Jin Shi Canal in the east and south. It is said that this village was originally a village with Zhang Ying and Nanguo Village, named Nanwangying, which was later divided into three parts. The village name is Xiwang Village, which is opposite to Dongwang Village (now Huaidi Township). The existing inscription on the Temple of Notre Dame in the forty-seventh year of Qing Emperor Kangxi (AD 1708) bears the name of Xiwang Village. There are 1529 people.
