5. Applicants who apply to settle in other provincial capitals (excluding Shanghai and Shenzhen) need a bachelor's degree or above.

Second, the application materials

1, Registration Form for Resettlement of Returned Overseas Students;

2. The original certificate of returned overseas students issued by the Education Department of China's embassy (consulate) abroad;

3. Original foreign academic degree certificate (calendar) issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; Those who are trainees must provide proof of overseas study before studying abroad (with the translation of recommended institutions), proof of domestic bachelor degree or above or qualification certificate of intermediate title or above, and a copy of proof of domestic education (post); If you are a dropout, you must submit a copy of the dropout or dropout certificate;

4. If the labor (employment) contract is not terminated with the original unit during the study abroad, the relevant resignation certificate shall be attached;

5. All visas and entry and exit records in my passport;

6. If you have a family account, you must submit your household registration book and ID card (if you were in agricultural registered permanent residence before going abroad, you must apply for "peasants" in your place of origin); Collective accounts must submit household registration certificates and identity cards; If you cancel your household registration while studying abroad, you must attach a valid certificate of household registration cancellation within 90 days;

7. If the household registration is reported to the immediate family members in Shanghai, the household registration book, the property right certificate of the household registration and the consent of the household registration must be attached; If the account is reported to the employer's home page with the address of the collective account book; The original notice of consent to the admission of the household registration report to the Shanghai collective household or district talent service center; If the account is reported as a collective account recommended by the business management department, the employer shall indicate it in the request letter submitted to the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (Shanghai Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs); If the registered permanent residence is included in the property house purchased by me, a property right certificate shall be attached;

8. If you work in Shanghai after returning to China and have not settled down, you must submit the labor (employment) contract, personal income tax payment certificate, foreign employee comprehensive insurance payment certificate or social insurance payment certificate;

9. If you have not been employed for more than half a year after returning to China, you need to attach a written certificate issued by the labor manual or personnel file management unit;

10. Those who have a history of marriage must submit marriage (divorce) certificate and relevant certificates; The certificate of foreign-related marriage (divorce) must be accompanied by the translation of the recommended translation agency.

Duty-free car purchase

First, the policy of foreign students buying duty-free cars (note: one person has only one chance)

From 65438 to 0992, the state implemented special preferential policies for overseas returnees to buy domestic duty-free cars. Eligible returned overseas students can be exempted from customs duties and vehicle purchase tax when purchasing duty-free vehicles.

3. Having been employed for the first time after graduation or further study for less than one year;

4. There are tax exemption indicators (continuous 180 days during the study period can be counted as tax exemption indicators, and the stopover time for returning to China can be counted continuously if it does not exceed 1 month);

5. If you bring duty-free items to declare when you return to China (each item occupies one duty-free index) and fill in the passenger baggage declaration form, you should show it at the same time when you apply for a ride.

Note: In case of any adjustment, the relevant national laws and policies shall prevail.

Third, the application materials:

1, certificate of returned overseas students (issued by the Education Office of China Embassy before returning home);
