The second phase project of Air Sea Global Boutique Duty Free City is located in Aquarius, Riyue Square, Haikou, with a construction area of more than 30,000 square meters. After shopping, passengers leave the island by plane, train or ship in the form of 1 duty-free shopping. In addition to the above items, other items are not limited, and the purchase restriction is every time, not every year. Passengers on outlying islands can buy 30 cosmetics at a time, and the quantity cannot exceed the quantity.
For the part exceeding the duty-free limit, import duties on imported goods shall be levied according to regulations.
