Shrimp Pulled Eggs
Ingredients
Fresh shrimp, eggs, chopped green onion, chili, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil
Steps
1. Wash the fresh shrimps, remove the heads and skin, and leave the hard shell on the tail without peeling off
2. Use a knife to cut open the back of the shrimp from the middle, and cut both sides of the head and tail. No need to open the joints, pick out the two sand lines on the back and belly of the shrimp, rinse them and control the moisture
3. Preheat the air fryer at 160 degrees for 5 minutes
4. Paper tray Place the shrimps in a flat layer and arrange the shrimp tails upward, crack in an egg, and add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, chopped green onions, sesame oil, and chili peppers in sequence
