Chenguang Mingyuan is located near the intersection of Nanda East Road and Tiantong South Road, Jiangshan Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City.

On April 3, 2022, the National Demolition Bureau reorganized the demolition layout. After consultation, Chenguang was removed from the demolition plan and the demolition will no longer be carried out. The demolition time will be notified separately.

As of October 25, 2022, no demolition order has been issued.

Chenguang Mingyuan has complete educational facilities and is surrounded by banks, restaurants, and shopping malls.
