Yesterday morning, Liuzhou held a swearing-in meeting to implement the "Second Venture" and launch the "Top Ten Construction Projects" in urban construction. Chen Gang, secretary of the municipal party committee, made an inspiring speech.

"Ten Major Projects" refer to key projects such as the urban expressway, three river-crossing bridges, Liuzhou Fengqing Port, Shajiao Guanpu Square, Li Ning Gymnasium, Liuzhou Swimming Pool, Riverside Landscape Avenue, Liuzhou Vocational Education Park, Liuzhou Diwang Fortune Center and Yaobu Ancient Town. These projects involve a total investment of more than 17 billion yuan, which will greatly promote the improvement of urban traffic, beautify the urban landscape and develop public undertakings such as culture, sports and education.

Urban Expressway

1. North Outer Ring Road: The project starts from the intersection of Tanzhong West Road and Xi 'e Road, crosses liujiang river, and finally the eastern end of Xianglan District is connected with the East Outer Ring Road. The total length of the line is 14.28 kilometers, the red line is 7 meters wide, and the motor vehicle has six lanes in both directions, which is an urban expressway;

2. West Outer Ring Road: The project includes three roads: Xi 'e Road, Heping Road Extension Line and Hexi Road West Section, with a total length of about 11.38km and a width of 3-7m;

3. South Outer Ring Road: the total length is 1.6 kilometers, of which the west section of South Ring Road is 3.35 kilometers long and 5 meters wide, with two-way six-lane vehicles, which are under construction; The middle section of the South Ring Road is 6 kilometers long, the current traffic road is 15 meters wide and the planned red line is 7 meters wide;

4. East Outer Ring Road: From Chedutun (formerly Chedutun Wharf of Sanmenjiang on Guilin-Liuzhou Highway) to Luobu Town, turn west and extend to connect with the North Outer Ring Road, and the road is under planning.

the urban express ring project will be completed in two phases: from 28 to 29, the North Outer Ring Road, Bailujiang Bridge, West Outer Ring Road, West Section of South Outer Ring Road, Xueyuan Road Extension Line and Shuangyong Avenue (East Ring Road Extension Line) will be built first. From 29 to 21, the East Outer Ring was built, forming a large outer ring with a total length of about 65 kilometers and an enclosed area of about 23 square kilometers. After the completion of the Great Outer Ring Road, it will only take one hour to drive around Liuzhou City.

Riverside Landscape Avenue

1. Yanjiang Road (Hedong Bridge to Jinglan Bridge) project: it starts from the east bank of Hedong Bridge in the south, along the bank of Liujiang River, passes through the proposed Zhegu River Bridge, Huanjiang Village, Xiaodanchong Village and Sanmenjiang Bridge, and is connected with the west bank ramp of Jinglan Bridge, with a total length of 29.1km and a road width of 15-32m.

2. Xidi Road (Huxi Bridge to Hongguang Bridge) project: it starts from the north of the west end of Hongguang Bridge in the south, connects with Huafengwan Landscape Road under Hongguang Bridge, and ends at the west end of Huxi Bridge in the north, connects with Tanzhong West Road, with a total length of 3.12km and a red line width of 17.5m (including the sidewalk at the top of flood control dike);

3. Binjiang West Road (Tieqiao to Huxi Bridge) project: it starts from the eastern end of Tieqiao in the south, connects to the northern end of Binjiang West Road, ends at the eastern end of Huxi Bridge in the north, and ends at Shunbeique Road, which is basically parallel to Yaru Road, with a total length of 1.94 kilometers, a red line of 13 meters wide and two lanes in both directions;

4. binjiang east road (hudong bridge to Hedong bridge) project: it starts from the west bridge head of hudong bridge in the south and ends at the west bridge head of Hedong bridge in the north, with a total length of 3 kilometers and a total width of 17.5 meters.

Three river-crossing bridges

1. Guangya Bridge: Guangya Bridge starts from Motan Village, Liunan District in the west (east of railway timber preservative factory) and ends at Yaru intersection of Guangya Road in the east, with a total length of about 92 meters, of which the main bridge is about 64 meters long and has four lanes in both directions;

2. Zhegujiang Bridge: Zhegujiang Bridge is located in the northern part of Liuzhou City, with a northwest-southeast trend. The north bank of the bridge is located at the old wharf of Zhegujiang River and connected to the North Outer Ring Road. The south bank is located in the north of Xiamaozhoutun and connected to the planned Shuangyong Avenue.

3. Bailu Bridge: Bailu Bridge is located on the North Outer Ring Road of Liuzhou, which is an important passage for the North Outer Ring Road to cross Liujiang. Located in the north of Liuzhou city, the bridge runs east-west, starting from Weiyi Village in liubei district in the east and connecting with Liutai Road in the west. The total length of the route is 1.5 kilometers, with six lanes in both directions, 3.5 meters of non-motorized vehicles and 2.5 meters of sidewalks on both sides.

Liuzhou customs port

Liuzhou customs port project is located in the bustling core business district of Tanzhong Peninsula. The project includes the south of Zhongshan Middle Road in front of the Industry and Trade Building in Chengzhong District, the east of the approach bridge of Liujiang Bridge, the west of Wuxing Commercial Building and Diwang Building, and the north of Liujiang Road embankment. The project land is L-shaped. The project will demolish the old buildings in the plot, and at the same time, repair and protect the Ming city wall site in the plot.

construction scale: the planned total land area is 35, square meters. Construction content: commercial complex, cultural and leisure street, riverside food street, wax figure exhibition hall, cinema, theater and supporting civil air defense facilities, management room, etc. The total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan.

Shajiao Waterfall Square

Since September 26, Liuzhou has built the largest artificial waterfall group in China between Panlong Mountain and Dengtai Mountain. The Shajiao area of Dongtai across the river from Panlong Mountain Waterfall is an excellent place for tourists to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Waterfall. According to the plan, Liuzhou will build Shajiao Waterfall Square in this area, and further strengthen the construction of tourism infrastructure around Panlong Mountain Waterfall. The project construction site is located on the east side of the northern end of Wenhui Bridge and south of Dongtai Road, with a planned land area of 93, square meters. The main content of the construction is the first-level development and consolidation of some land at the northern end of Wenhui Bridge, west of the dormitory of the city printing house and south of Dongtai Road.

Li Ning Gymnasium

Li Ning, the world champion of gymnastics in Liuzhou, attracted worldwide attention when he lit the main torch of the Bird's Nest in the Beijing Olympic Games. The gymnasium to be built in Liuzhou Sports Center will be named after Li Ning.

The planned new Li Ning Gymnasium has 6, fixed seats and 2, movable seats, with a total construction area of 2, square meters. Among them, the main stadium is equipped with a main competition venue that can accommodate the requirements of gymnastics competition, and two pre-competition training and warm-up venues with the width of unilateral basketball courts. Main construction contents: The main building is equipped with a constant temperature standard competition swimming pool, a standard competition diving pool, a training pool and ancillary facilities. The modern Liuzhou Swimming Pool integrates training, competition and social services, and can host national and individual international events.

Liuzhou Vocational Education Park

Project is located in Liudong New District, with a total construction scale of 1,568,1 square meters, of which the first batch of 6 colleges and universities have a scale of 1,268,1 square meters, and the construction scale of the vocational education zone is 3, square meters.

As an old industrial city, Liuzhou has many enterprises, and there is a great demand for secondary and tertiary talents. Main construction contents: ancient pier, ancient street, hydrophilic platform, museum, folk culture center, green space, parking facilities, etc.

Yaobu ancient town project is an important part of the landscape planning of "Hundred Miles Liujiang River" in Liuzhou. The project will reproduce the quaint features of Yaobu ancient village and ancient wharf, and create an antique atmosphere with traditional elements such as white powder walls, sloping roofs, small blue tiles, wooden window sills and bluestone slabs.
