Step 1: First, divide 2 Jin of beef brisket into four pieces. If you don't like oily brisket, it is suggested that the meat on the ribs is pure and oil-free.
Step 2: Cook the divided beef in cold water, let the blood in the beef boil out, cook for three minutes, then remove the floating foam, and then remove the brisket and rinse it with cold water.
Step 3: Cut the beef brisket into my favorite pieces. I like to eat large pieces of beef, cut it a little bigger, so that I can enjoy it.
Step 4: Prepare the aniseed for beef brisket stew, one teaspoon of pepper, two star anises, one piece of cinnamon, four pieces of fragrant leaves, two pieces of tsaoko (or not) and one piece of ginger, and then rinse the aniseed for later use.
