2. Wash and sieve the dried dates, and dry them for later use;
3. Boil clean water in an oil-free container, add dried dates and cook for about 30 seconds to avoid being cooked;
4. Dried dates are drained out of the pot for later use;
5. Clean the pickling container, drain the water, put the blanched dates into the container, add 65g of high-alcohol liquor, and shake the container to cover the dates with liquor as much as possible;
6. Add a proper amount of warm water, seal it with double-layer plastic wrap to avoid air leakage, tie it to the bottle mouth with a rubber band for 2-3 times, properly tighten the lid, and store it in the shade for one week before eating.
