Daweishan National Forest Park

Introduction to scenic spots

Daweishan is located in the border of Hunan and Jiangxi, which is the hinterland of Lianyun Mountain, with Tonggu County under the jurisdiction of Yichun City in Jiangxi Province in the east and Liuyang City in Hunan Province in the northwest. It is the birthplace of Liuyang River and the first peak in eastern Hunan. Dawei Mountain National Forest Park is a 4A-level scenic spot, known as the "Green Pearl of Eastern Hunan".

Qixing Peak, the main peak, is 167.9 meters above sea level. Hunan Dawei Mountain National Forest Park is mainly composed of Limuqiao Scenic Area, Chuandiwo Scenic Area, Baimianshi Scenic Area, Qixingling Scenic Area, Honglian Temple Scenic Area and Maweicao Scenic Area. It is 119 kilometers from Changsha, the provincial capital, and 67 kilometers from Liuyang.

Please navigate the "Daweishan Tunnel" for the whole expressway and set the navigation to "Expressway Priority".

Changsha direction:

Tourists drive along "Changliu Expressway" S2, turn right at "Tonggu Nanchang and Dawei Mountain" and continue to drive along S2, turn left at the "Dawei Mountain South Interchange" exit, drive for 1 meters, then turn left, drive along Dawei Mountain tourist trunk road and enter the park at "Nandamen".

Nanchang direction:

Tourists drive along "Changtong Expressway" S4, drive along "Changliu Expressway" S2 in Hunan, turn left at the exit of "Daweishan South Interchange", drive for 1 meters, then turn left, drive along Daweishan tourist trunk road and enter the park at "South Gate".

Line 2:

To enter the park from the west gate, please navigate to the "Visitors Service Center at the west gate of Daweishan National Forest Park".

Changsha direction: tourists drive along the "Changliu Expressway" S2, turn right at the exit of "Tonggu Nanchang and Dawei Mountain", continue to drive along S2, exit at "Gugang", turn left at the exit of the expressway, and enter the park along Liudong Highway via guandu town, Dahu Town and daweishan town.

(1) Songtao of Huangshan Mountain

is located in the southeast of Shipbottom Nest, at an altitude of 1,25-1,45 meters, and there are more than 3 hectares of natural Huangshan pine forest. Although it is the main protected object of nature reserve, its stalwart body is vigorous and upright, and its broad mind is selfless and fearless, as if it is not the protected object, but it is used.

It is often said by the ancients that autumn lights are long in Qiu Meng on autumn nights. The beauty of the autumn dream in Dawei Mountain is nothing more than the autumn scenery in Fenglin. Whether you stroll along the stream to cultivate your mind or climb to the top, the maple forest and persimmon trees are as red as blood, occasionally dotted with green seas, or dyed with mountains. When you meet the sunset glow, the setting sun is as blood and the leaves are as red as blood, the two are integrated, which is a fairyland.
