3. Healthy Run: May Day Square → Bayiqi Road → Yangqiao Road → Sanfang Qixiang (South Back Street) → Barracks → Tonghu Road (gate of No. 18 Middle School).

It is worth mentioning that the 2023 Fuma finisher medal is unique and is the first domestic medal with its own fragrance, exuding a light jasmine fragrance.

In terms of appearance, the finishing card draws on the shape of jasmine, the city flower of Fuzhou, and incorporates Fujian cultural elements such as saddle walls, Shoushan stones, white pagodas, and Wu pagodas.

The Fuzhou Marathon was founded in 2015 and has been upgraded to the "Chinese Athletics Association Gold Medal Event" and the "World Track and Field Elite Label Event" in the past six years.

The number of participants increased from the initial 15,000 to 50,000 at the peak in 2019, making it one of the largest marathon events in the country.
