Because I usually like to cook delicious food, I rarely buy snacks for the New Year. I cook them at home, so I can rest assured that they are clean. Today, I will share six kinds of delicious and simple snacks, which are cooked at home in a different way during the Spring Festival, which are nutritious and satisfying:
First, tomato cake:
The main ingredient of this snack is tomatoes. The prepared snack is smooth and refreshing.
1. Take two tomatoes, wash them, cut them with a cross knife, blanch them with boiling water, then peel them off, cut them into cubes, and put them in a cooking machine to make them into mud.
2. filter the mashed tomatoes, filter out the seeds, and then add an appropriate amount of pea starch (1g of pea starch should be poured into 45g of tomato juice), while stirring, until the pea starch is completely dissolved and there is no granule.
4. Add 45g of clean water to the pan, add 2 spoonfuls of white sugar, stir until the white sugar is completely melted, filter the tomato and pea paste into the pan with a sieve, then turn on the low heat and keep stirring. After stirring for about 3-4 minutes, you can see that the tomato and pea paste begins to become sticky and bubbly, and then turn off the heat.
5. Take a container, pour the boiled tomato and pea pulp, smooth the surface, and put it in the refrigerator to dry until it is solidified.
6. It can be solidified in about an hour. We pour it out, cut it into the shape we like, dip a layer of coconut on the surface, and put it in a plate to eat.
Second, the family version of snowballing usury
This is a traditional snack. The main ingredients are glutinous rice, soybeans and bean paste. The prepared snack is sweet and delicious!
1. Wash the glutinous rice, soak it for more than 12 hours, then rinse it and steam it in a steamer, which takes about 2 minutes.
2. You don't need to refuel. Stir-fry the soybeans with low fire for about 1 minutes. The surface of the soybeans looks oily. Take a soybean and taste it without the smell of raw beans. It has a fragrant, sweet and crisp feeling. Stir-fry the soybeans, take them out, cool them, pour them into a cooking machine and make them into yellow bean, and then filter them with a filter for later use.
3. after the glutinous rice is steamed, pour it into a big bowl and pound it with a spoon or a rolling pin until it is fine and wiredrawn. Then take a chopping board, sprinkle a layer of yellow bean first, then put the rammed glutinous rice on the yellow bean, roll it flat and thin, then spread a layer of bean paste evenly, and then gently roll it up from one side to make it tight,
4. After rolling, cut it into 2 cm wide.
