Step 1: Turn the turtle's belly upside down and cut it with a knife along the joint between the turtle's belly and the turtle's back (there is no bone connection here).

Step 2: Grasp the joints, as shown below!

Step 3: Cut along the top to the tail.

Step 4: Cut from the tail to the other side.

Step 5: Move the tortoise and split it in two.

Step 6: Remove the internal organs.

Step 7: Cut off the tail.

Step 8: Cut the head and neck with scissors and pull out the teeth.

Step 9: Cut open the stomach (choose a pair of scissors with higher hardness).

Step 10: Soak in boiling water and remove the turtle skin.
