2.Peel, wash and cut the white radish into strips
3.Add some saltpeter and stir the radish strips so that they are evenly pickled. Leave it idle for four or five hours.
4. Voila, the water comes out of the radish strips and they become soft. Pour off the soaking water.

Put the pickled radish strips into the pickling container, squeeze in the lemon juice, soak in the lemon peel, put in the umeboshi, red chili pepper, wild pepper and pepper water, vinegar, salt, sugar, and finally add the cool boiled water to make the radish strips soaked in water. Idle for two days, then you can open and eat!
