Korean seaweed soup:
First, raw materials:
200g kelp soaked in water, 100g beef, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil and minced garlic, pepper and soybean oil.
Second, practice:
1. 1 A piece of beef (it seems to be tenderloin) is cooked in a pot of boiling water, and the beef is taken out when it is rotten.
2. Cut the soaked kelp into pieces and put it into beef soup. Cut the beef into thick shreds and put it in the soup. Cook until the kelp is cooked, add garlic paste and soy sauce (the kind without umami) and cook for a while.
