Hydroponic vegetables:
1. Lettuce
Hydroponic lettuce is very common. The optimal growth temperature is between 15 and 25°C. It cannot be too high or too low. If the temperature is lower than 15℃, the growth will slow down. If the temperature is higher than 30℃, the growth will be poor. Hydroponics is best done in winter and spring, and you must choose a good variety when doing hydroponics. Loose leaf lettuce varieties are suitable for hydroponics.
2. Spinach
When growing spinach hydroponically, pay attention to adding nutrient solution, but the concentration of the nutrient solution should not be too high. You can increase the concentration of the nutrient solution appropriately as it continues to grow. Otherwise, spinach will grow poorly due to lack of nutrients. When growing spinach in hydroponics, you should choose suitable varieties, preferably those with good disease resistance and strong bolting resistance.
3. Cress
Compared with other vegetables, cress is more suitable for hydroponics, so the taste of hydroponics is better than that of soil cultivation. When growing cress in water, you should choose cress seedlings with complete root systems so that cress can grow better. Do not lack water during hydroponics, and nutrient solution must be supplied, but the concentration should not be too high.
4. Rapeseed
When growing rapeseed in water, you can use glass bottles and mineral water, which can facilitate water changes. During the maintenance period, water needs to be changed frequently, and the intervals can be 5- Change the water once every 7 days, and the water quality should be clean. The suitable temperature for hydroponic maintenance is between 12 and 25°C, and the plants should be provided with sufficient light.
5. Amaranth
Amaranth can also be grown hydroponically, but you need to master certain hydroponic techniques. It likes to grow in a warm environment, is heat-resistant, and has a suitable growth temperature. The temperature is between 20 and 27℃. When the temperature is lower than 20℃, the growth will slow down. If the temperature is below 10°C, it will be difficult for seeds to germinate.
