Our goal is to be tender! Tender! Tender! There are three key points:
1. Remove the water before pickling.
2. Marinate thoroughly (20 minutes is very important).
3. Don’t fry in a hurry.
Ingredients: One and a half pounds of beef tenderloin. Sugar 1 tsp ginger powder (or minced ginger). 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tsp starch. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Method 1. Cut a piece of beef tenderloin into shreds. After cutting, squeeze out the water.
2. Add sugar and ginger powder together and grasp them evenly with your hands (be sure to grasp them with your hands, do not stir with chopsticks)
3. Add soy sauce and stir evenly with chopsticks. Pay attention to this amount, so that all the soy sauce is absorbed on the meat. Then let it sit for 20 minutes (this step is very important and must be followed). It would be better if you can put it in the refrigerator.
