Making materials We have prepared some basic materials for making oil-sprinkled noodles, including a handmade noodle, cucumber, carrot, onion, garlic and coriander. The main condiments are light sesame oil, salad oil, aged vinegar and pepper noodles, cooked sesame seeds and so on.
In the process of making, we first boil a pot of hot water, and then put the noodles in to cook. When cooking noodles, we can also break them with chopsticks, so that the noodles can be fully heated and mature quickly. After the noodles are cooked, we can take them out and cool them with distilled water to control the moisture for later use.
Cucumber and carrot are peeled and cut into filaments, garlic is chopped into garlic paste, and onion is cut into filaments for later use.
Next, we pour the dried handmade noodles into a container, sprinkle minced garlic, chopped green onion and shredded Chili noodles on the handmade noodles, then prepare a bowl of cold juice, and add appropriate amount of soy sauce, aged vinegar, Chili red oil and sesame oil. When the oil temperature reaches 70% to 80%, pour the hot oil on the garlic, onion and pepper noodles, so that the oil temperature can quickly stimulate the fragrance of these condiments, pour in the cold sauce, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and coriander, and stir well to eat.
This is how a delicious spicy and hot noodle is made. The produced oil sprinkled noodles are not only full of gluten, but also moderately sour and salty. With some basic condiments and side dishes, oil-sprinkled noodles can taste more flavor. Friends who like it can make their own at home and freely mix with other condiments and ingredients.
