225g boneless pork, randomly chopped, 50g shelled prawns, chopped, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon China or Japanese rice wine, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger, 1 chopped onion, 24 wonton skins and 750ml chicken soup.
working methods
1. In a large bowl, mix pork, shrimp, sugar, rice wine, soy sauce, ginger and a handful of onions and leave for 25-30 minutes.
2. Fill a spoonful of stuffing in the middle of the wonton skin, wet the four corners with water, fold the two sides into triangles, then fold the other two sides in half and knead them with the original ones. Make the remaining wonton skin in the same way.
3. To make soup, first boil the chicken soup and put it in wonton for 5 minutes. Garnish with leftover onions and serve.
