manufacturing method
1. Chop the slender red pepper, add seed salt and marinate for 15 days, and make the chopped pepper in the village for later use.
2. Take out the fresh radish with frosted cherry blossoms, wash it and remove impurities. First, cut it into pieces of 8- 10 mm vertically, and then cut it every10-1mm from the root to the top (the part where cherry blossoms grow), but it can't be cut to the top, leaving about 15 mm connected. Connect the tops and spread the roots (like slapping the palm of your hand) so that you can hang them on the rope to dry. Hanging on sunny days for two or three days (avoid frost, rain and dust when drying), fresh radish becomes dried radish strips.
3. Prepare a jar, wash it, put a layer of chopped radish, sprinkle a layer of chopped pepper and salt, remember that there is salt in chopped pepper, you can put less salt, and put all the water in chopped pepper.
4. Cover the jar and marinate in the shade 10 day.
5. Sprinkle sesame oil on the pepper radish when eating, and it is finished.
