First put the washed eggs in a pot with cold water, and you can add a little salt. After the water boils, continue to cook for about three minutes, and turn off the heat.
2. Take out the boiled eggs, put them in a container with cold water prepared in advance, and let them stand for 5 minutes. If there are many eggs, you can put the container containing eggs under the faucet and change the water several times. This is because of the temperature difference between inside and outside, and the expansion coefficient of the eggshell is different from that of the eggs inside, so it is easy to peel them off.
Third, if you make tea eggs, you just need to break the eggshell without peeling, add tea, salt and spices, and cook for about 10 minutes. Don't take them out, soak them in the spice water for a while, and then heat them when you want to eat. Tea eggs taste more delicious.
Note: when cooking eggs, the time should not be too short, otherwise the boiled eggs will be too tender and the yolk inside will not solidify. Of course, if you like soft eggs, there is no need to cook them for too long.
