Practice of black-bone chicken soup with medlar and red dates
Wash the black-bone chicken, cut it into pieces, prepare a pot of boiling water, and cut the black-bone chicken into pieces.
Take it out after 5 minutes, rinse and drain it.
Put the black-bone chicken pieces into a soup pot, add the washed Lycium barbarum, red dates, mushrooms and ginger slices, add boiling water, cook for about 3 hours, and season with salt when serving.

Clean the black-bone chicken, cut off the head of the chicken and the PP of the chicken, and remove the thick oil at the PP, soak the dried mushrooms in warm water, wash the red dates and medlar, and cut the ginger into four pieces.
Pour enough water into the casserole, put the whole chicken in cold water, boil over high fire and skim off the floating foam.

After the chicken soup is stewed for about 1 hour, add the fresh mushrooms and continue to stew with low fire.
Stew the black-bone chicken soup on low heat for 2 hours, and add a little salt to taste before cooking.
Tips
1. Add enough water for soup at one time, and don't add it halfway.
2. It's best to cook soup in a casserole. Stew it slowly with a small fire, and don't be impatient.
3. Fresh mushrooms can be omitted. I added the mushrooms with cut patterns to make the chicken soup more beautiful.
If you are worried that the chicken soup is too oily, you can skim the oil floating on it before drinking.
