2. Practice:
(1) Cut the beef brisket, potatoes and carrots into pieces for later use;
(2) placing spices in a spice box for later use;
(3) Put a proper amount of water into the casserole, add the brisket, and skim off the floating foam after the fire is boiled;
(4) Add onion ginger and seasoning box, cover and stew for about 2 hours;
(5) Add potatoes and carrots, pour in soy sauce, stir well, add salt, and continue stewing for 20 minutes!
