Ingredients

Minced pork 150g

Eggs 2/120g

Carrot 50g/1

Scallion 10g

Ginger 10g

Peanut oil 10ml

Sesame oil 5ml

Salt 6g

How to Make Egg Dumplings 1. Prepare the required ingredients (including washing).

2. Add soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil, 2 tsp of water and 3g of salt to the meat mixture, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
