The practice of osmanthus fragrans
Exercise 1
material
Dried osmanthus, sugar.

1, and wash the collected dried osmanthus fragrans with cold boiled water;
2. Wash osmanthus, remove impurities and pedicels, and remove a little water;
3. Take a clean glass bottle and scald it with boiling water, and drain the water as much as possible;
4. Spread a layer of osmanthus at the bottom, then a layer of sugar, and then a layer of osmanthus;
5. Gently press osmanthus with a spoon, then spread a layer of sugar, and so on until the glass bottle is full;
6. Press it with a spoon, seal the bottle with sugar about one centimeter thick, and wet the sugar in the bottle with a little cold boiled water;
7. Close the bottle cap and put it in the refrigerator;

Fresh osmanthus 500g, salt, sugar.

1. After the fresh osmanthus comes back, remove impurities and soak it in light salt water for a while;
2. Wash osmanthus fragrans with clear water for several times, then with edible water to squeeze out water;
3. Prepare a clean oil-free and waterless glass bottle, put a layer of sugar and a layer of osmanthus, compact it, seal it with sugar, and eat it one week later;
4. The sweet-scented osmanthus needs to be kept in the refrigerator for several years.
Exercise 3
Basic materials
Osmanthus fragrans, maltose (or honey and sugar).
manufacturing method
1. Dry fresh osmanthus fragrans to obtain dried osmanthus fragrans. Rinse the air-dried osmanthus with clear water to remove the dust on the surface.
2. Pick it up and drain it.
3. Add two spoonfuls of maltose or sugar (if it is made of honey, you don't need to steam osmanthus. Steam the sweet-scented osmanthus and mix it with honey. This can ensure that the nutrition of honey will not be destroyed.
Maltose is solidified and can't be mixed with osmanthus, so don't worry about its present state, because it will melt naturally after steaming for a while.
5. Steam on the pot for 10 minute, and mix halfway. After cooling, put it in a clean sealed bottle and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration. Take it with a clean spoon when eating.
Method 4

working methods
1. Wash the picked osmanthus petals and remove the pedicels.
2. Soak the cleaned petals in light salt water for 20 minutes, remove impurities and disinfect them, and then soak them out.
3. The picked petals are air-dried until there is no moisture (the fragrance will lose a lot after air-drying, so I put them in the air to air-dry).
4. Prepare a clean, waterless and oil-free glass bottle, first lay a layer of sugar on the bottom of the glass bottle, then bottle the dried osmanthus petals layer by layer with sugar, and then seal them with sugar. You can eat it in two weeks, and the prepared osmanthus will be kept in the refrigerator.
