Operating steps:
1. Wash the surface dirt of oysters with clean water.
2. Cut from one place with a thicker knife and cut around the oyster shell.
3. After opening the oyster shell, slowly separate the oyster meat with a knife.
4. Put it in a bowl and soak it in a little cooking oil.
5. Take out the oyster meat and tear off the black part (internal organs).
6. Then rinse with clear water.
