Oven can make bread
Flour add salt, a small spoon sugar mix well.
Add the yeast to the warm water and dissolve it into yeast water.
After adding the yeast water to the flour and kneading it into a smooth dough, make sure to knead it as much as you can to get the gluten to come out, then add the softened butter and knead it in, and let it rest for 2 hours with the lid on.
The first fermentation is complete when the dough fills the container.
Take the dough out of the container and divide it into small portions.
Mix the chopped scallions with the egg butter and a pinch of salt.
Roll out the dough into a long oval shape, and then spread the parsnips on it.
Roll up the dough into a tube and place on a baking sheet covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes to rise, this can be done in the oven.
After the dough has finished its second fermentation make a cut on the top of each pastry and split it open.
Coat the top of the bread with egg wash.
Fill the slits with chopped scallions.
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius, place the bread blanks in the middle of the oven and cook for 20 minutes on both upper and lower heat.
