(2) the processing of the whiskers
Also known as the light sun or ginger sun. Brush the good ginseng to remove the whiskers, in addition to leaving the main root, reeds and legs, all the rest off, can also be removed after drying, which prevents the cut edge of the reddish-brown, affecting the quality. Cooking and frying, drying process is the same as all the whiskers raw sunshine. Raw sun-dried ginseng in the drying process to master the temperature, to prevent the drying of the big, bad color, and the cross-section of the black and red circle. The best quality is the white color of the section broken by hand. Finished products are graded and packaged according to specifications.
Processing of raw ginseng can not be boiled and fried, will be washed and brushed ginseng, outdoor drying until the surface of the ginseng root dry, and then sent to the drying room drying. Do not bring water into the drying room, in order to prevent an increase in indoor humidity, affecting the color and lustre of the ginseng, drying room temperature to maintain 40 ~ 50 ℃, should not be more than 50 ℃, otherwise it is easy to bake scorched, carbonized. Drying process should be timely moisture. Drying room moisture is too large, easy to appear red eye, finished product appearance and inner color is not good.
