How to make bear's paw tofu
Slice Beijiang tofu in 5mm thick slices. Soak in water and set aside.

Starch with the right amount of water to be used.
Seat the oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, then drain the oil and set aside.
Leave a little oil in the pan to fry the tofu. Add ginger and garlic, red bean paste, chopped green onion, pepper and pepper, and stir-fry to release the flavor. Put in the appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and a little dark soy sauce, sugar seasoning color.
Put in the right amount of water, and then put in the fried tofu, cover the pot with a lid, and slowly braise over low heat, so that the tofu is flavored.
