Method
1. Wash the soybean sprouts, blanch them in boiling water, rinse them with cold water, pick them up and drain them.
2. Wash the spinach and blanch it in boiling water. When it changes color, remove it and put it in cold water. Remove it and drain it.
3. Mash the garlic into a paste, add the garlic paste, pepper, salt, vinegar, very fresh flavor, and sugar and mix well.
4. Put the spinach and soybean sprouts in a basin, add the sauce prepared in step (3) and mix evenly.
5. Put chili powder and white sesame seeds in a bowl.
6. Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is 60% hot, pour the hot oil into the bowl of step (5) and mix evenly.
7. Pour the chili oil mixed in step (6) onto the soybean sprouts and mix evenly.
