working methods
1. Wash squid head+minced onion and ginger +2 tablespoons of soy sauce+half a spoonful of soy sauce+1 spoon of oyster sauce+1 spoon of cumin powder+1 spoon of Chili powder, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. After curing, put it into the baking basket of an air fryer and bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
