Pineapple Sour Pork

Ingredients:

1 piece of chicken breast, 150 grams of pineapple, 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper.

Method:

1. Wash and cut all the ingredients, put the chicken pieces into a bowl + 2 spoons of light soy sauce + 1 spoon of cooking wine + a little salt + a little crushed black pepper + 2 tablespoons sweet potato starch + 1 egg, mix well and set aside.

2. Take a small bowl + 1 spoon of light soy sauce + 2 spoons of tomato paste + 1 spoon of sugar + 1 spoon of starch + 3 spoons of vinegar + half a bowl of water and mix well.

3. Put 500 ml of oil in the pot, heat it to 90% heat, fry the chicken pieces until golden and take them out.

4. With the remaining oil in the pot, add the green and red peppers and stir-fry until raw. Pour in the sauce and cook until thickened. Add the chicken pieces and pineapple and stir-fry quickly until the flavors are infused.
