Tools/materials: cassava, brown sugar, fruit knife, clean water, plates, bowls, electric pressure cookers.
1. Wash cassava with clear water, then brush off the epidermis and cut off the head and tail sides.
2. Draw a knife from top to bottom with a fruit knife, and gently peel off the cassava skin.
3. Cut cassava into appropriate sizes, put it in a container, soak it in water for 2-3 hours, and then take it out.
4. Put the cassava block into the electric pressure cooker, add water without cassava, choose the soup cooking program to cook for 15 minutes, and add appropriate amount of yellow sugar according to personal taste.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes, and cassava syrup will be ready.
