Brown Sugar Date Cake
Ingredients: 80g chopped dates, 60ml milk, 80g brown sugar, corn oil, 6 eggs, 150g low gluten flour, baking powder, baking soda
Practice:
1. 80g chopped dates with 60ml milk heated to let the dates fully absorb the milk, pour 80g brown sugar stirring and melting;
2. . put a large bowl to cool, beat 6 eggs, whisk with a whisk;
3. Add 150g low gluten flour, 2g baking powder, 2g baking soda, 50g corn oil, stirring well (do not turn around and stir!)
Pour into the mold to shake out the bubbles! Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes
tips:
Fear of surface baking dry baking scorched, can be baked for ten minutes after the cover with tinfoil!
