Low alkaline phosphatase is more common in children and pregnant women. Mainly caused by abnormal development, the common reasons for its low level are:
1, anemia, vitamin deficiency;
2. Severe chronic nephritis;
3. Thyroid dysfunction in children;
4. The activity of virus infection is in the normal range or slightly lower.
The phenomenon of low alkaline phosphatase is rare in clinic and has little clinical significance.
High density lipoprotein 0.93 is also low, and low density lipoprotein 4.28 is high.
In the usual diet, attention should be paid to regulating high-density lipoprotein:
1. Weight loss: Clinical trials have confirmed that weight loss can not only reduce blood lipids, but also significantly increase high-density lipoprotein;
2. Moderate exercise: Exercise can improve plasma HDL level.
3. Quit smoking: The HDL-C concentration of smokers is lower than that of non-smokers.
4. Diet control: It is the most effective method to prevent and treat hyperlipidemia. It is advisable to eat low-fat foods and reduce the intake of sweets or carbohydrates.
5. Patients whose high-density lipoprotein is still not elevated after lifestyle improvement can be treated with drugs.
If the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol diet can't be controlled, statins (fluvastatin, simvastatin, etc. ) should be taken, which can reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
