Don't put too much diced pineapple, because pineapple has high water content. If you put too much diced pineapple, the pizza will have more water.

Put all the ingredients into the bread maker, and select the "dough making" function to make the bread.
Cut peas into water, ham into small plates, pineapple into cubes, and cheese into shreds (I used two kinds of cheese and finally found mozzarella cheese to be the best).
When the dough is ready, brush the pizza tray with oil.
Put the fermented dough into a dish and press it into a cake with thick sides and thin middle (touch some blending oil on your hands when pressing, so as not to stick the dough to your hands), cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for 20 minutes.
Brush a layer of egg liquid on the cake, then spread tomato sauce evenly on the cake, sprinkle a layer of cheese strips, peas and pineapple granules with some cheese in the middle, and then press the pineapple granules under the cake.
Sprinkle a layer of cheese sticks on it.
Put the pizza tray in the preheated oven and bake at 170℃ for 25 minutes.
When baking, it can be loosely demoulded.
Let it cool slightly and cut it into pieces to eat.
