Pumpkin pie air fryer takes 10 minutes.
Steps:
Ingredients: 100g pumpkin puree, 80g water-milled glutinous rice flour, 10g sugar, 20g sesame seeds, 10g corn oil (brush on the glutinous rice cake) (Don’t use so much).
1. Steam the pumpkin in a pot, take 100 grams of pumpkin puree, add sugar and glutinous rice flour.
2. Knead into pumpkin glutinous rice dough.
3. Divide the pumpkin glutinous rice dough into 8 equal parts, about 20 grams each.
4. Roll each dough into a round shape, then flatten it on sesame seeds into a cake shape, and turn it over so that both sides are covered with sesame seeds.
5. Use a brush to apply a layer of corn oil on both sides of the cake to prevent sticking.
6. Preheat the air fryer for two or three minutes in advance. Put the glutinous rice cakes into the air fryer and fry at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
At 7 or 6 minutes, turn the pumpkin glutinous rice cakes over to make them heat more evenly. Continue baking for 4 minutes until the glutinous rice cakes are cooked, then take them out.
